It is not necessary to have a rehearsal when you are having a Hawaii wedding.
However, if you want to have a rehearsal or a private consultation we can arrange it.
There will be a $95 fee for all services involved with the rehearsal.
Holidays & Before 8:00 am Ceremonies
An additional fee of $95 for each person serving you will be added for Holidays and Before 8:00 am ceremonies.
Special Venues may require an additional fee. Please inquire.
Ceremonies outside of Honolulu will incur a $95 travel fee for each person serving you.
Beach Wedding Permit
The DLNR (Department of Land & Natural Resources) requires beach use permits for all beach weddings performed at all Hawaii beaches.

The Unity Sand Ceremony symbolizes the unity of the couple and/or the joining of their families. The couple provides two small vials of sand (some use colored sand) to represent each person’s separate lives. They each take turns pouring their sand into the main jar to represent becoming one.
There is no additional fee to incorporate this in your ceremony.
Marriage License Not Included.
Advance reservations are recommended to secure services, location, date and time desired for your event. To reserve your event, please submit the reservation form or contact us at (808) 393-8499 to discuss the details.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS:
Once your desired date and time is confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Confirmation will be made once funds are received. The balance due is fourteen (14) days prior to your event.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are Non-Refundable. No refunds will be given on cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of event. If you cancel less than fourteen (14) days before your event, you have six (6) months to use your deposit for another date.
DELAYS and OVERTIME: Our commitment is to be at the site 15 minutes early and begin the service at the scheduled time. If the start of your event is delayed by 30 minutes or more, an overtime fee of $50.00 will be accessed. The person(s) is not obligated to remain 30 minutes past the meeting time for your delayed event. Every effort will be made to accommodate you in rescheduling. Additional costs may be incurred. No monies are returned. If the person(s) serving is willing & able to wait, each succeeding 30-minute period accrues a $50 overtime charge for each service provider.
RESERVE YOUR WEDDING ON-LINE
Gratuities are not included in our packages. If you are pleased with our service, gratuities are always appreciated and traditionally reward good service and are offered personally after the ceremony. Please let us know how we can improve if your experience was less than excellent.
